  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel and slice apples in bowl. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon-sugar combo. Pour half the batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Arrange 1/2 of apples. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Pour remaining batter on top of this. Arrange remaining apples. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  3. Bake for 1.25-1.5 hours.
