This is my absolute favorite dessert EVER! Cinnamon, sugar, apples, cake…what’s not to love?
Jewish Apple Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and slice apples in bowl. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon-sugar combo. Pour half the batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Arrange 1/2 of apples. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Pour remaining batter on top of this. Arrange remaining apples. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
